Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active Account on wd403. Where duplicate accounts are detected, wd403 reserves the right to merge or permanently close any or all duplicate accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold balances pending investigation into potential fraud or bonus abuse.
You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued KTP or passport), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. wd403 will not be liable for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. wd403 will treat any action taken through your Account as having been authorized by you unless you have notified us of unauthorized access. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, contact support immediately via live chat or email.
wd403 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: provision of false registration information, breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering risk, or a request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point during a player's account lifecycle, wd403 may require you to submit one or more of the following documents for identity verification:
wd403 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may take up to 72 hours. During the review period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. We will notify you by email or live chat of the outcome and any additional requirements.
If you are unable or unwilling to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a formal request from wd403, your Account may be restricted to prevent further deposits and all pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled. Real-money balances will be held securely and released upon successful verification or returned to the original deposit source following internal review.
KYC verification protects you as well as the platform. It ensures that only the verified account holder can withdraw funds and prevents unauthorized access to your balance.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, wd403 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the Account, and conduct an investigation before releasing any associated funds.
Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet verified and registered under your wd403 Account. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method where technically possible. wd403 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards, or unverified payment instruments.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and will remain as Account balance until the minimum is met.
wd403 targets an average withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes during standard operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours, or those that trigger additional security checks, may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals pending KYC review are subject to the timelines set out in Section 4.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
wd403 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet are the sole responsibility of the player and will be deducted by the respective financial institution, not by wd403.
All bonuses and promotions offered by wd403 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free-spin credits — are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. These Terms form part of any applicable promotion terms. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will always be clearly disclosed before you opt in to a promotion. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, togel (traditional numbers lottery markets), and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the period stated in the individual promotion terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account balance without compensation.
wd403 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold related winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedged bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Once a player has opted in to a promotion and the bonus has been credited, wd403 will not retroactively modify the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, or expiry date applicable to that bonus. Any future changes to the promotion structure apply only to subsequent issues of that promotion.

Bets are confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is issued by the system. wd403 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds arising from technical error or human input mistake, subject to prompt notification to the affected player.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the wd403 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, internet service provider failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wd403's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wd403 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any emotional distress or reputational harm, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or wd403 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Game content, live streams, and payment processing services are provided by independent third-party providers. wd403 does not accept liability for any errors, malfunctions, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers, beyond our obligation to promptly void affected bets and return stakes where applicable under Section 8.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by wd403 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key principles include:
wd403 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that affect player rights regarding withdrawals, bonus conditions, or account closure procedures — will be communicated via email to the address registered on your Account and via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.
Non-material changes (such as editorial corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details) may take effect immediately upon publication. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
